From Northbound M1
Exit motorway at Junction 22 Turn onto A511 signposted Ashby and Coalville remain on A511 folowing the "Ashby" signs for approximately 10 miles. At the roundabout where the A511 meets the A42 take the first exit  - onto the A42 Southbound – signposted Birmingham.  Take the next available exit (junction12) from the A42 which is after roughly ¾ mile. At the exit’s slip road roundabout take the third exit – signposted B5006 toward Ashby. Go under the A42 bridge and straight over the next roundabout staying on the B5006 signposted Ashby.  After ¾  mile you will pass an Indian restaurant called "Rickshaw"on your left.  The turn off to the Maltings is immediately after the Indian Restaurant.  Visitor parking is to the right at the front of the buildings.

From Southbound M1
Exit motorway at Junction 23A Signposted A42 Ashby and Birmingham. Stay on the A42 for 14 miles and take the second available exit (junction12) from the A42. At the exit’s sliproad roundabout take the third exit – signposted B5006 toward Ashby. Go under the A42 bridge and straight over the next roundabout staying on the B5006 signposted Ashby. After  ¾  mile you will pass an Indian restaurant called "Rickshaw"on your left.  The turn off to the Maltings is immediately after the Indian Restaurant.  Visitor parking is to the right of the buildings.

From A42 Northbound or Southbound
Exit the A42 at Junction 12 sign posted Ashby (if southbound note that it is the Second exit marked Ashby not the first) . At the exit’s sliproad roundabout take the third exit – signposted B5006 toward Ashby. Go under the A42 bridge and straight over the next roundabout staying on the B5006 signposted Ashby. After  ¾  mile you will pass an Indian restaurant called "Rickshaw"on your left.  The turn off to the Maltings is immediately after the Indian Restaurant.  Visitor parking is to the right of the buildings.
